HELLO.
I'M SUSH
I'm an anthropologist and school leader with six years of experience driving strategy and operations for a network of nine K–12 schools in India, and an amateur photographer and avid reader in my free time.
raised in Long Island, New York & Florida (USA) / Haryana, India
All about thinking like an anthropologist, decoding culture, and redesigning schools
About me
I have 6 years of hands-on leadership experience in India’s education sector, where I oversaw operations and strategy for a network of 9 schools serving 13,500 students. I’ve led everything from school turnaround efforts to capacity building for 500+ staff, curriculum alignment, and EdTech integration—often in low-resource settings.
I’ve consulted with global education and AI startups, including TC Global—supporting strategic partnerships and outreach for students navigating higher education—and Mercor, where I contributed to AI-human interaction projects for top AI labs, focusing on prompt evaluation, content accuracy, and higher education LLM training.
